Hi! I’m a friend of your sisters (Jules). Anyway she’s told me so much of Ben and I know she’s told you lots about my little guy Perrin so I just couldn’t resist commenting on my favourite picture of Ben here! How SWEET this picture is. OMG! He has gorgeous big brown eyes… I don’t know how you can say “no” to that face of his ever…. especially with those deep dark liquid pools staring up at you… lol!!
Anyway what a cutie you have!! I loved the pictures of him sledding too! He looked SO thrilled! Jules wanted me to mention this to you since I’m planning to do this for Perrin. I’m keeping a lot of his little baby outfits from when he was newborn, until probably 2 as well, and all the outfits that are still in very good shape, I’m planning to either pass some down to him if and when Perrin decides to have his own family, but my plans go bigger than that. For most of the outfits (especially my favs!) I’m going to make a time capsule sort of quilt for him out of his baby outfits. I will probably also get some pictures of him printed onto fabric and include it in my quilt once I get it started. Jules thought it was a great idea and that you might like the sound of something like that too. In any case I wonder if you’ll decide to do something like that or something else? Anyway beautiful pictures all around on this site!
Krystal, Your idea sounds awesome. What a great way to keep memories. A quilt can be passed down for generations. This site is my way of keeping memories. I was never one to write in a diary or journal. Just ask Julie. Will this be around for generations? NO, sad to say. Maybe I should take up sewing 😉 LOL
From what I hear, Perrin is a sweetie too. Send me a couple of pictures – I would love to see them. We are both pretty damn lucky!
